.. here in the City of Frankfurt am Main (the Ffm. - with the big Airport & the tall skyscrapers) in the main-City-part: "Bornheim" is my Apartment, next to "Bergerstraße" (one of the 3 big shoppingstreets in town!)..

There are a lot of shops, coffeés, "public-utilities" / support / transport (the Tube- & Buss-stations are just 5 min. from us!) and the most of the Pup´s in town(!) around...

You can sleep in the whole flat (on the bottom with your sleepingbags, of cause.. :)
But there is my Ateliér-room (you can see on the pictures!) I just use in wintertime, mostly, with a own window..., there is a kind of "bunk-beed" inside (my first, I have a second in my other private-room), with one very good and one thin mattress..
A third person can sleep on the couch in the living-room....

I have a bathroom (with a washing-machine and a shower, of cause) and in a nice kitchen (with a big fridge:) is everything we/YOU(:) need...

Breakfast is no problem - but it is normaly not included!!
If You like to have it, ore a Dinner I can do it for € 3,- each.
.. ore we can cook (1 / Day) together and share this costs, also..

The > underground < (tubes/METRO) "U4" goes directly to the main-train-station, downtown & the J.W.Goethe-University and the MESSE-Frankfurt-Faere (in 7 to 12min., all!)!

To the > (big-main-) Aireport < You just change onc'e from this "U4" to a other (faster) tube/train: "S8" ore "S9" (so You are here in ~ 30 min.! One way will cost You about € 3,20)!

I can show you our wunderfull City ore some special places like the Dom, many Museums ore something else, if I have time (I'm a student of ArT & music)..

This is not a Hotel ore like a shop - thats the reason of this discount price!!!
I prefer to have more "background-informations" about You because I like to handle it like a kind of "friendship-deal" it is more "just for fun" than a commercial!!
We are Artists an Musicians and during You visit us we like to go on with our "normal" live douring the day´s, but in the evening we/I can smoke with you (anything:)...

hier in Frankfurt am Main (Ffm.) in direktem City-Bereich, aber dennoch sehr ruhig und mit Bäumen, habe ich (M.) eine schöne geräumige Altbauwohnung in einer kleinen Seitenstraße der zweitgrößten Einkaufsstraße(!), in Frankfurt-Bornheim.

Es gibt hier sehr viele Shops, Eisdielen, Caffeés, alle wichtigen Einrichtungen [POST, Schwimmbad, Bürgerhaus] und natürlich viele Lebensmittel- und Andere Märkte, Parks, und die meisten Kneipen in ganz Frankfurt a.M.(!)..

In die Altstadt kann man auch zu Fuß gehen, dort ist im Winter einer der größten Weihnachtsmärkte Deutschlands auf dem bekannten "Römerberg" (altes Rathaus) und der noch ältere Dom zu Frankfurt (Kaiser-Krönungen), das Goethe-Haus, und natürlich die Alte-Oper, und eine der größten Fußgängerzonen Europas - die Zeil - ist auch nicht weit...

Das Zimmer ist die meiste Zeit mein Künstler-Atelier, ich stelle es hier für Dich (meist in der Sommerzeit) zur Verfügung..
es hat natürlich ein eigenes Fenster, Zentralheizung und das erwähnte Hochbett (es war mein Erstes, ich habe jetzt in einem anderen Zimmer ein noch größeres Hochbett:) welches sehr komfortabel für eine Person ist, im Notfall aber auch für bis zu 3 geht... (die ZimmerTür hat kein Schloss!!)

Übrigens, von einem kleinen Fenster unterm Dach (direkt über meiner Wohnung) kann man sehr gut alle Wolkenkratzer sehen, siehe Fotos..

Bitte lest euch aber vorher erst ALLES genau durch!!

Die öffentliche Nahverkehrs-Anbindungen ist ausgezeichnet(!);
U-Bahn, Buss, Straba. (nur 5 min. von der jewils nächsten Haltestelle bis zu uns nach Hause, z.B.: die U4 (tube) geht alle 7 min. zum Aireport (in 40 min.) zur MESSE (in 10 min.) und zum HBf (main-train-station in 5 min.)..
