Our house is quiet and centrally. On foot you can reach in few minutes the center of Berchtesgaden, various shopping facilities, a central bus stop, walk the Königssee, the Obersalzberg, which Watzmanntherme, the Kurdirektion. The playground is 500 meters away and the nearest supermarket, they have just 80 m. The ice rink, which even in summer time is open, is 700 meters away. Even the salt mine, you are 10 min walk on foot.

Our low-threshold apartments on the 2nd Floor with 49 m2 is located in the heart of Berchtesgaden. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 living kitchen and a spacious bathroom. Our non-smoking apartment is absolutely allergiearm (no carpets, no curtains, blinds washable).
Of course there is the possibility for us in the house for you to wash. In our laundry room, you can Washer and dryer included soap for EUR 5, - per wash load use.

There is also free of charge for you a small but fine gym.
For our small guests we have a comfortable game rooms.

Ski cellar and the possibility for drying ski boots are available for free.
