The apartment consist of a wide room with a separate bathroom with shower, one separate bedroom on two levels, the top is equipped with a double-bed, flatscreen, DVD, Dolby Surround. On the lower level, there is a dressing room with wardrobe and a guestbed.

The Kitchen is fully equipet and there is a sitting area for 6 people. The lounge area consists of three double sofas, sound system, Dolby Surround, flat screen and DVD / CD collection. You can find also a working area with office equipment, one sofa bed for one or two persons and a small library

OPTIONALLY, there is a garden available: Chillout with 300 m2 garden, barbecue, fireplace, small bar, music system and a covered lounge area. Its a cool place without neighbourgs.....Use ONLY on request!

By subway or city train you can easily reach the city center. Do not forget to visit the Dome or the many museums like the famous Chocolate Museum. In the center you also find various shopping streets, where you can find anything, from designer shops to outlet stores.

Nearby is the famous football stadium of 1.FC Köln as well as the Stadtwald, where you can relax from your shopping tours.
