The apartment lies in the heart Kassels, directly next to the market hall (where each weekend the freshest groceries Kassels are available)

Only 5 minutes by foot away is already one of Kassels main attractions to find: The Orangerie and the amazing belonging park. Also a great place for everyone who like to jogg in the mornings with fresh air.

The famous Martinskirche, the Druselturm and of course the inner city are approx. 3 minutes by foot away from the apt.

Basically you can say that in Kassel almost everything important to see and to do is in the inner cities. The opera, the state theater, almost all museums (except the Castle Wilhelmshöhe), the Fridericianum Kassel, the best restaurants and so on and so forth all are in the inner city Kassels and are therefore without further on foot attainable of here.

The tram and bus station is a street further (50m) so that all the other sights can quickly be reached.

In spite of the super central situation, the apartment is very comfortably quiet because it does not lie directly at the main street (Kurt-Schumacher-Strasse).

For all those, who wants to enjoy the after life in Kassel, the apartment is the ideal starting point. Through the central situation, all bars and clubs are attainable in a few minutes by foot, no need to drink and drive.
The bar street „Fridrich-Ebert-Strasse, the clubs: York, Club 22, Spot, Arm, CubaClub, Caramel are reachable for everyone on foot without problems. The huge club A7 is to be reached with the tram.
