Conveniently placed regarding transport facilities, quiet location close to the center of Mannheim (to the main station 3 minutes by tram or 12 minutes by walking, from main station to city center 5 minutes by walking), 200m to the tram stop.

All points of interest in the city center are close by. The river Rhine (close to our house) and the famous recreation area Waldpark (forest) make the „Lindenhof“ to one of the most beautiful districts of Mannheim and invite you to expanded walks, bike rides or roller-skating.

Supermarkets, bakeries, groceries and other shops are close by.
