We invite you to our pleasant apartment which is centrally located. Staying comfortably with our warm welcome it will be even more fun for you to explore the vicinity of the traditional town Radebeul.
Not far from the apartment you have vineyards, the repertory theater of the German province of Saxony (Landesbühne Sachsen) and the famous Karl-May museum.
Within 5 minutes you can also reach the traditional steam engine stop of Lößnitzdackel which brings you to Moritzburg.

Being located at the boundary of Dresden (the capital city of the Free State of Saxony), you can get to the Dresden city centre within 20 minutes and discover the beauty of the cultural city with its numerous museums, galleries, shopping arcades and other interesting places.
Direct trains from the near by station will also take you to the scenic environment 'Saxon Switzerland'.

The half-basement apartment has a seperate entrance.

Cable-TV is available. Both double bed rooms have an own 2-in-1 bath.

We can provide an additional bed for an extra guest. A separate WC for this guest is available, too.

The kitchen is equipped with two cooking plates, a microwave oven, a small fridge, a coffee machine and common kitchen accessories.

In case you feel either to taste the traditional cuisine or food from other countries, there are number of recommendable catering establishments near by.

"Ideal für einen Kurzaufenthalt! Die Wohnung ist im Souterrain und hat daher nicht so viel Licht, aber da man nur zum Schlafen kommt stört das nicht! Jedes (Doppel)Zimmer hat aber sein angrenzendes Bad mit Toilette und Dusche. Das ist prima! Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut und der Vermieter und seine Familie sehr nett! In der nahen Umgebung gibt es gleich 2 Bäcker, so dass man sich auch zum Frühstück gut versorgen kann."

"Wir wollten im April 2012 zum ersten Mal, eine Ferienwohnung über das Internet buchen.
Davor hatten wir immer nur Hotels gebucht. Es sollte eine Wohnung in Radebeul sein. Sofort viel uns das Angebot von Herrn Harazim auf, der mit schönen Bildern innen und außen für seine Ferienwohnung warb. Da wir nicht vom Gastgewerbe kommen und auch nicht die
französischen Sprache beherrschen, war uns die Bedeutung des Wortes „Souterrain“ nicht geläufig. Erst jetzt haben wir festgestellt, dass in der Beschreibung der Ausstattung dieser
Wohnung, die Übersetzung (Kellergeschoß) vorhanden ist. Für Leute, die gehbehindert
sind, dürfte die etwas längere Treppe zum Keller nicht leicht zu überwinden sein.
Wer nicht viel Wert auf normales Tageslicht legt und den Keller nur zur Übernachtung nutzen möchte, ist dort gut aufgehoben. Nach so vielen Jahren nach der Wende, braucht man nicht mehr Ferien im „Souterrain“ zu machen. Wir lehnten diese Wohnung ab und fanden ein
paar hundert Meter weiter, eine schöne 2 Zimmer - Wohnung mit Blick auf einen Weinberg
für den gleichen Preis."
